Senior Manager, Product Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on product usage and customer behavior, the full-time Senior Manager, Product Telemetry & Analytics will manage telemetry requests across various departments, enhance self-service analytics capabilities, and develop a team based in India while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake path for telemetry and analytics requests, balancing platform work with urgent needs
• Partner with technical leadership to determine feasibility and sequencing of analytics initiatives
• Develop a program for self-service analytics, ensuring teams can access and trust product data independently

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product telemetry, product analytics, or data roles, with at least 3 years in a management position
• Proven experience in managing an analytics operating model, including prioritization and capacity planning
• Track record of building self-service analytics or internal data products
• Strong executive communication skills, with experience in setting expectations and managing stakeholder trust
• Experience leading remote teams, ideally with members based in India
