Senior Manager, Product Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Development - Critical Infrastructure & Advanced Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of curriculum and instructional materials for critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing
• Translate technical concepts into job-relevant learning experiences for adult learners
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of training materials

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in critical infrastructure, data centers, or advanced manufacturing
• Experience developing training programs for roles such as Electromechanical Technicians or similar
• Deep understanding of equipment in automated facilities and safety requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• BA/BS in relevant fields or equivalent experience and/or industry certifications
