Senior Manager, Product Development

Job Summary

Leading product strategy for a telematics ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager, Product Planning & Development will manage product roadmaps, partner integrations, and algorithmic scoring in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scale telematics partnership products, integrating real-time vehicle health and driver behavior data into service workflows
• Drive product strategy for ecosystem connectivity layers, managing device onboarding and real-time telemetry APIs
• Build and evolve recommendation algorithms and scoring models to provide maintenance, risk, and safety insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, including 4-5 years in management
• Experience with data pipeline tools such as Kafka, Spark, or Airflow
• Familiarity with ML/scoring platforms like Databricks, SageMaker, or DataRobot
• Some SQL proficiency and familiarity with Python or R for model evaluation
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically in data storage and streaming services
