Senior Manager, Product Development

Job Summary

Leading the development and continuous improvement of curriculum and instructional resources for critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing, the full-time Senior Manager, Product Development will work remotely with occasional site visits, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality training materials for adult learners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, revision, and maintenance of curriculum and instructional materials for training pathways
• Translate technical concepts into job-relevant learning experiences for adult learners
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and quality oversight of training materials

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in critical infrastructure, data centers, or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Experience developing training programs for roles such as Electromechanical Technicians or Industrial Electricians
• Deep understanding of common equipment in automated facilities and safety requirements in high-energy systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• BA/BS in relevant fields or equivalent experience and/or industry certifications related to safety or automation
