Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for product and go-to-market strategy and communication to drive growth in learning and community
• Collaborate with cross team members to ensure execution of the product enablement strategy aligns with strategic goals
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement, focusing on e-learning to enhance enablement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Product Management or Product Enablement role
• 5+ years of experience in a technology company developing networking or cloud products
• 5+ years of direct people management experience building and leading high-impact teams
• Proven ability to build and deliver high-quality learning and development programs
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related degree or equivalent
