Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the North America product interception pipeline and track conversion from project delivery to standardized product usage
• Drive deployment readiness for platform products, ensuring predictable rollout at scale
• Define and maintain operating models, runbooks, and SOPs for North America projects

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Operations, or a related role
• Experience supporting the scale of complex, hardware-intensive, or infrastructure products
• Demonstrated success improving operational processes, automation, or tooling
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve operational performance
