Senior Manager, Product Growth

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Growth & Operations in the Motors division.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic direction and key initiatives with a data-driven approach, including project management and delivery
• Collaborate with Product Managers and team members to shape the product roadmap and drive business growth
• Build and present executive-ready presentations on strategy and operational updates

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy role
• Product management and/or product strategy experience preferred
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required; MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
• Proven track record of strategic leadership and structured thinking
• Data-driven approach to planning and decision making
