Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management - Velocity Black Request Experiences (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own core concierge end-to-end request customer experience, including chat and communication with members
• Manage foundational request internal agent servicing structure, including tracking and progressing requests
• Lead a direct team, focusing on high performance and maximizing associate potential

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
