Senior Manager, Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of a Residential Portal platform, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Product Management will manage a team, drive product direction, and enhance user engagement through AI integration in a complex IoT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for the Residential Portal
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners
• Drive adoption, engagement, and connected asset growth through data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of product management experience in IoT, connected devices, and/or digital platforms
• Strong understanding of IoT architecture, device-cloud integration, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Experience driving adoption and engagement in digital or connected products
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments
