Senior Manager, Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the vision and execution of the Cards product portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Product Management will oversee a team of Product Managers to deliver innovative payment solutions for Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards while driving strategic initiatives and market engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Cards product strategy and manage the full product lifecycle
- Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to drive product innovation and represent the company at industry events
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management within Payments or Financial Services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing product teams
- Extensive knowledge of card payments, including Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools like Aha!, Jira, or Confluence
