Job Summary

Leading end-to-end program delivery, the full-time Senior Manager, Product Operations will translate product strategy into executable plans while driving cross-functional execution and managing program governance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program planning and execution, translating product roadmaps into structured plans with clear milestones and deliverables
• Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery across various teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales
• Define and track adoption and performance metrics, using data to optimize execution and rollout strategies

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years in program management, product operations, or digital transformation
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams
• Experience translating product strategy into executable plans with timelines and milestones
• Strong experience managing dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment
• Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action
