Senior Manager, Product Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of Partner Operations Specialists, the full-time Senior Manager, Product Partner Operations will develop operational frameworks and enhance partnerships to support Mercury's Banking and Expansion product organizations, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team through feedback and career development initiatives
• Build and improve operational frameworks to manage product partnerships effectively
• Drive organizational change initiatives and establish performance metrics for operational health

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operational programs at a fintech or regulated environment
• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Proven success in partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Experience in operational change management and stakeholder alignment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on documentation
