Senior Manager, Product Stability

Job Summary

Owning the operational health and production stability of the Auto Room Assignment (ARA) product, the full-time Senior Manager, Product Stability will manage incident resolution, enforce SLAs, and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure a reliable experience for property associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ARA production stability and manage end-to-end incident management across various channels
• Monitor and drive production incident resolution while tracking SLA response and resolution targets
• Coordinate follow-ups, root cause analyses, and corrective actions with internal teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product operations, production support, or technology operations roles
• Proven experience in managing production incidents and SLAs without direct authority
• Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and incident management practices
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and external vendors in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level status updates
