Senior Manager, Production Management
Job Summary
Leading the team responsible for the production and release of Courses & Career products, the full-time Senior Manager, Production Management will manage production plans, enhance workflows with AI and automation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the building, testing, publishing, and release of Courses & Career products, transforming roadmap priorities into actionable production plans
- Manage and develop the Production and Release Management team, ensuring effective handling of multiple concurrent releases
- Partner with Product Management and content teams to align project scope, sequencing, and delivery timelines with available resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 8+ years of experience in education, curriculum development, or content production
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience with direct team management
- Strong knowledge of content production processes, including multimedia workflows and LMS platforms
- Experience with AI and emerging technologies to enhance production efficiency and quality
