Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Professional Services team
• Establish business-as-usual processes for Chairish Auctions to ensure effective asset listing and sales
• Manage high-impact projects requiring specialized attention and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a technical services or delivery team in a $100m+ annual revenue organization
• Experience managing teams across multiple time zones, including offshore contractors
• Experience with small to mid-sized clients, startups, or solopreneurs
• Understanding of the auction, ecommerce, or large equipment sales industries is preferred
• Adept at assessing complex business needs and driving execution with measurable results
