Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, PFS Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple consulting engagements across commercial and regulated customers
• Manage, coach, and mentor consulting team members while ensuring engagement health and customer satisfaction
• Own project financials, support resource allocation, and identify opportunities for delivery efficiency and quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery roles
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading client engagements
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions in commercial or regulated environments
• U.S. citizenship is required due to federal group access points
