Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Americas West Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Professional Services consultants and resident engineers to implement solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while overseeing multiple projects
• Develop strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency, acting as an escalation point for customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a regional Professional Services team of 10+ members
• Proven track record of collaboration with regional sales teams and identifying expansion opportunities
• Experience in scaling Professional Services teams to enhance operational efficiency and project success
• Technical background in data, analytics, networking, security, or software development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university
