Senior Manager, Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading multiple Professional Services teams, the full-time Senior Manager, Professional Services will oversee the delivery of implementation projects, drive process improvements, and ensure client satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration
• Oversee the planning and execution of complex implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
• Drive improvements in service delivery processes and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure client success

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing enterprise SaaS implementations
• Strong understanding of project management principles; PMP certification preferred
• Experience with customer success platforms or the ability to quickly learn
• Familiarity with Cloud Coach or similar PSA tools
