Job Summary

Driving technical delivery excellence, the full-time Senior Manager, Professional Services will oversee project engagements, mentor delivery professionals, and ensure alignment with organizational goals in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to define project visions and proactively manage technical and scope risks
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and uphold technical standards
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders and mentor delivery professionals to support their career growth

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 7+ years in client-facing technology project management focused on software development and systems integration
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and mentoring technical professionals
• Familiarity with various methodologies including agile and SDLC
