Job Summary

Leading the Project Management Office, the full-time Senior Manager, Professional Services will oversee a portfolio of complex customer programs, drive delivery excellence, and partner with senior leaders to ensure high-quality execution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee delivery performance across the Services portfolio, ensuring consistent execution and strong customer outcomes
  • Provide senior level guidance and support to Project Managers in complex client scenarios
  • Own the evolution of PMO standards and governance frameworks to improve operational predictability and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Seven or more years of experience in project or program management, including three years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in project delivery and PMO governance within a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for forecasting and reporting
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes across teams
