Senior Manager Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, PST Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape PST strategic priorities and manage multiple Product Safety Teams across various Therapeutic Areas
• Support the PST Lead in framing safety issues, anticipating outcomes, and managing escalations to the Safety Review Board
• Drive timely development of key PST deliverables and support inspection/audit readiness activities

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, preferably in nursing, pharmacy, or healthcare professional
• Education in biological/medical science or healthcare professional (advanced degree preferred)
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience with a strong understanding of the drug development process
• Experience in Pharmacovigilance preferred
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
