Job Summary
Driving the strategic vision for programmatic partnerships, the remote Senior Manager, Programmatic Accounts will manage a portfolio of key accounts while mentoring a team of account managers and collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance programmatic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop the Programmatic Accounts team, fostering career growth and collaboration
- Lead and expand relationships with key agencies, trading desks, and brands within the Western United States
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on optimizing and scaling complex campaigns while identifying revenue expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of continuous programmatic experience with hands-on data and account management
- 3+ years in client-facing or account management roles with a proven record of revenue retention and growth
- Leadership experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or mentorship role preferred
- Expertise in programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs and ad optimization platforms
- BA/BS degree in a numeric, technical, or commercial field
