Job Summary

Senior Manager, Project Transitions is a full-time, salaried position responsible for guiding new project teams through discovery, onboarding, and departure processes while ensuring alignment with organizational values and fostering trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery and early relationship-building with prospective teams
• Manage qualification, due diligence, and post-approval/pre-arrival processes for new projects
• Oversee structured departure processes for projects transitioning out of the organization

Required Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder stewardship and early-stage partnership development
• Strong organizational and systems thinking skills
• Knowledge of nonprofit structures and compliance regulations
• Ability to manage complex processes and transitions effectively
