Job Summary

To drive innovation in property claims processing, the full-time Senior Manager, Property Claims will manage external partner performance, integrate AI into workflows, and build business cases for automated solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance with key external partners across daily and catastrophe claims, ensuring adherence to speed, quality, and SLA standards
• Continuously map claims workflows to identify opportunities for AI integration and process efficiency
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed AI tools into the claims lifecycle and develop proofs of concept

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property claims, focusing on systems design and claims transformation
• Proven track record in managing TPA and vendor operations while driving continuous improvement
• Experience in replacing manual workflows with technology-enabled solutions for enhanced efficiency
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT for AI application in workflows
• Advanced data analysis skills to extract insights for financial decision-making
