Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Global Property Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, deployment, and integration of Daylight PMS for the Chinese Mainland
Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational needs with technical solutions
Document business processes, create training materials, and maintain governance over operational procedures

Required Qualifications

4-year bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant hotel experience
Experience with Property Management Systems and operational processes
Familiarity with technology initiatives supporting hotel operations
Experience working with international teams and global systems
Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment with changing business priorities
