Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Global Property Management Systems - Cutover Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of Property Management System (PMS) strategies and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational needs with technical solutions
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and governance for operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant hotel experience
• Experience with Property Management Systems and operational processes
• Experience with technology initiatives and supporting global systems
• Ability to work with international teams
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking
