Senior Manager, Property Management Systems

Job Summary

To support the Global Operations organization, the full-time FLEX Senior Manager, Future Property Management Systems will provide operational input and subject matter expertise for future property management systems, focusing on testing, defect management, and training in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and usability
• Track and prioritize defects using Jira, participating in defect triage to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate needs into functional requirements

Required qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with hotel property management systems, including OPERA and Lightspeed
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions
• Familiarity with defect management tools such as Jira
• Experience working with international teams on global systems and operational processes
