Senior Manager, Proposal Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Proposal Operations & Strategic Contract Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of task/delivery order requests and RFx opportunities
• Coordinate development of compliant, high-quality proposals for task orders and competitions
• Act as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Remote work capability with potential commuting to the DC office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience managing U.S. government proposals and RFx opportunities
• Strong understanding of U.S. Federal Government contracting vehicles
• Experience with AI tools for content generation or workflow automation
