Senior Manager, Proposal Platforms

Job Summary

Owning proposal platform partnerships and strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Proposal Platforms will lead integrations with platforms like Aurora Solar, drive cross-functional coordination, and enhance the proposal-stage customer experience, with the role based in Irvine or San Francisco, CA, and remote work considered for exceptional cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with proposal platform partners, including roadmap alignment and joint go-to-market planning
• Lead API integrations with proposal platforms, coordinating with technical teams to ensure data flow and integration health
• Facilitate communication and governance between external partners and internal teams, providing updates on integration status and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, product management, business development, or integration management
• Experience managing technology platform partnerships from contract through integration launch
• Working knowledge of API integrations and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Proven track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes and cross-functional collaboration
