Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Manager, Proposals will manage the entire RFP/tender response process for high-value bids, ensuring compliance and crafting persuasive documents to enhance customer engagement, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interprets customer requirements and develops technical input to address inquiries effectively
- Drives the proposal process, ensuring timely and compliant contributions from team members
- Writes persuasive cover letters and executive summaries that highlight win themes throughout proposals
Required qualifications
- A completed Bachelor's Degree or significant field experience (10+ years)
- 5+ years of experience with various product lines within the organization or industry
- Proven ability to write persuasively, including cover letters and executive summaries
- Intermediate project leadership experience, managing inputs from cross-functional teams
