Senior Manager, Provider Contracting

Job Summary

Leading the provider contracting strategy for denosumab brands, the full-time Senior Manager, Provider Contracting will develop and execute innovative pricing solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic insights in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead provider contracting strategy and execution for bone and oncology providers
• Collaborate with Account Management teams to support customer engagements and gather insights
• Analyze contract performance and market intelligence to inform contracting recommendations

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in contracts and pricing, with direct experience with provider customers
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse teams
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills across various levels of leadership
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop structured solutions
