Job Summary

Senior Manager, Provider Contracts will oversee the development and negotiation of provider contracts, ensuring alignment with company standards while managing provider recruitment and contract performance in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute contracts with complex provider groups, ensuring alignment with company standards
• Recruit providers to meet network expansion goals and support contracting activities
• Manage contract performance and collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with standard provider contracts and terms
• 5+ years of negotiation experience at national, regional, or market levels
• In-depth understanding of the managed care industry and financial arrangements
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
