Job Summary
Leading the operational transformation of the Network Escalations function, the full-time Senior Manager, Provider Escalations will manage a team to enhance provider relationships, drive innovative solutions, and implement technology-enabled workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Network Escalations function, focusing on service levels, provider experience, and operational performance
- Lead a team of experts to resolve network escalations while designing and implementing future-state operational models
- Establish metrics and performance dashboards to drive accountability and improve overall operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in complex operational environments with measurable outcomes
- Proven track record of driving end-to-end initiatives that enhance quality, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage through metrics and establish ambitious targets
- Experience leveraging complex data sets to inform strategic initiatives and team development
- Expertise in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly provider groups
