Senior Manager, Provider Experience

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and implementation of provider experience programs, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Provider Experience will manage cross-functional projects, leverage data for decision-making, and mentor team members to optimize outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute department-specific strategies and manage cross-functional projects from definition to delivery
• Analyze performance using data fluency to define success criteria and implement mitigation strategies
• Identify gaps in existing workflows and develop operating plans to improve department projects

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations
• Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting
• 4+ years of experience in product management and program management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements
• Master's Degree or relevant certifications (PMP or Program Management Certifications) preferred
