Senior Manager, Provider Experience

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and implementation of programs to enhance provider experience, the remote Senior Manager, Provider Experience will manage cross-functional projects, leverage data for decision-making, and mentor team members in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Help achieve and execute the strategy for department-specific programs
• Manage important cross-functional projects from definition to delivery, including project plan creation and stakeholder engagement
• Define success criteria and analyze performance using data fluency to implement mitigation strategies

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations
• Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting
• 4+ years of experience in product management and program management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements
• Master's Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP)
