Job Summary

Driving agile delivery of Provider Experience initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager - Provider Experience will manage complex business process and technology projects, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance provider experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the enterprise delivery of multiple complex initiatives aligned to the Provider Experience / Provider NPS program
  • Identify and resolve delivery obstacles, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Provide mentorship to project and program managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or agile practice leadership
  • Proficiency with Claims Processing / Adjudication / Payment / Rework concepts
  • Experience in driving complex projects to completion on time and within scope
  • Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making principles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
