Senior Manager, Provider Optimization

Job Summary

To support a service-focused operation, the remote Senior Manager, Provider Optimization will manage operational frameworks, drive cross-functional collaboration, and implement continuous improvement tools while mentoring teams and addressing complex challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop skills to support a lean operation and influence future decisions
• Create routines that enhance collaboration within and outside the department
• Implement core metric tracking in a LEAN-based operational environment

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in coaching, developing, and managing large teams
• 5+ years of experience using data to drive process improvements
• 4+ years of experience in a collaborative environment with diverse teams
• Experience leading and implementing large-scale projects
• Bachelor's Degree
