Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships

Job Summary

To support strategic provider partnerships, the full-time Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships will cultivate and strengthen key relationships with providers in South Florida while managing engagement, satisfaction, and retention in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage provider relationships within an assigned region
• Serve as the primary point of contact for provider leadership and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve provider engagement, participation, and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in provider relations, account management, or a related field
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships in a service-oriented environment
• Demonstrated experience working with large organizations such as school districts or healthcare systems
• Proven experience driving provider engagement and retention through relationship management strategies
• Strong background in collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments
