Senior Manager, Provider Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Value Based Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of Provider Relations Representatives, Supervisors, and Network Performance Advisors
• Monitors provider performance improvement and ensures compliance with performance and relationship models
• Identifies opportunities to enhance Provider Satisfaction and drives Network Transformation Strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
• 6+ years of experience in provider relations or a similar background is required
• 3+ years of management experience is required
• Understanding of Risk and Value-Based contractual arrangements is necessary
• Familiarity with HEDIS and STARS measures is preferred
