Senior Manager, PySpark Developer
Job Summary
To support the deployment of new cloud-based HR and Payroll capabilities, the full-time FLEX Senior Manager, PySpark Developer will function as a technical expert in ETL processes, lead technical resources, and ensure high-quality deliverables while researching emerging technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the technical standards and development of reusable ETL frameworks for HR and Payroll products
- Lead and coordinate with Service Provider teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to technical best practices
- Research and implement solutions for complex technical issues to support analytics-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification
- 7+ years of experience using Apache Spark with Python (PySpark) in a cloud environment
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience in building ETL solutions
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and parallel processing
- Hands-on experience with Python or Scala and familiarity with SFTP
