Senior Manager, QA Engineering
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end QA strategy for Camunda 8, the full-time Senior Manager, QA Engineering will manage two teams focused on quality governance, automation, and strategic reporting, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end QA strategy, establishing quality gates and cross-team accountability
- Partner with principal engineering to enhance reliability, performance, and resilience testing
- Develop actionable quality metrics and reports to inform leadership and roadmap decisions
Required qualifications
- Proven track record leading QA in engineering organizations of 100-500 people
- Experience defining and implementing end-to-end QA strategy and quality gates
- Comfort with hands-on QA execution while leading strategically
- Background in enterprise software or workflow automation
- Experience with complex technical products, including performance and resilience testing
