Job Summary
To strengthen QA delivery across global studios, the full-time Senior Manager, QA Operations will support operations remotely, focusing on stakeholder management, quality visibility, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with various teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support global QA operations across multiple sites and client portfolios
- Build and maintain relationships with QA Managers, Site Leaders, and operational stakeholders
- Improve quality reporting, KPI visibility, and performance tracking while driving AI-led quality initiatives
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in QA operations, delivery, or program management
- Experience working across multiple teams, sites, and clients
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without relying solely on authority
- Strong understanding of QA reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with AI and quality technology tools
