Senior Manager, Quality Analytics

Job Summary

Focusing on ACO quality reporting and data analytics initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Quality Analytics will manage technology-driven projects to optimize clinical workflows, deliver technical specifications for quality programs, and collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance quality improvement efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage initiatives to optimize clinical and EHR workflows, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Deliver and interpret technical specifications for quality programs through advanced data analysis
• Design and maintain data collection workflows from multiple EHR systems to ensure data quality and integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality reporting, preferably with ACO, MSSP, REACH, or MIPS programs
• 3+ years of experience in value-based care, population health, or quality improvement
• Deep understanding of CMS quality measures, including eCQMs, CAHPS, and Medicare CQMs
• Basic understanding of clinical workflows across various healthcare settings and data capture in EHR systems
