Senior Manager, Quality Engineering

Job Summary

Leading AI-first SDLC transformation, the full-time Senior Manager, Quality Engineering will oversee quality strategy and execution for multi-tenant SaaS products, focusing on system validation and quality platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI-first SDLC transformation and agentic workflows for quality processes across the organization
• Define and execute quality systems strategy for PingOne MCP Server and related product surfaces
• Build reusable quality platforms and automation frameworks to enhance developer-owned quality practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or quality engineering roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience in SaaS or cloud environments
• Deep technical knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and microservices
• Proven track record of leading AI-first SDLC transformations with measurable outcomes
• Strong experience with CI/CD, quality gates, and observability-driven decision-making
