Job Summary
Leading the quality assurance and test automation strategy for critical Property & Casualty insurance applications, the full-time Senior Manager Quality Engineering will drive end-to-end testing initiatives, define automation roadmaps, and ensure high-quality software delivery in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and automation roadmaps for large-scale application initiatives
- Lead end-to-end automation testing efforts utilizing tools such as UFT, Selenium, and modern automation frameworks
- Manage test execution, defect lifecycle activities, and quality reporting in collaboration with global teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
- 5+ years of experience leading test automation initiatives
- Hands-on expertise with UFT, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing
- Deep domain knowledge within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
- Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
