Senior Manager, Quality Improvement

Job Summary

Leading quality improvement initiatives for the 988 Lifeline, the full-time Senior Manager, Quality Improvement will develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, monitor effectiveness, and report to senior leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and increase satisfaction across the 988 Lifeline Network
• Collaborate with QI Managers and Specialists to identify service improvement areas and develop strategies to address them
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and provide regular reports to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mental health/suicide prevention, healthcare administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in clinical quality improvement with a proven track record in developing and implementing initiatives
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including HIPAA and clinical training for crisis intervention
• Solid understanding of quality management principles such as total quality management and Six Sigma
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and insights for quality improvement initiatives
