Senior Manager, Radiology Applications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Radiology Clinical Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute operational objectives, policies, and procedures for the Clinical Applications team
• Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Applications specialists and oversee daily operations
• Ensure successful implementation of imaging solutions and foster relationships with key clinical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT or clinical environments, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows and imaging informatics technologies
• Experience in change management strategies for clinical adoption and operational transformation
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end solution delivery, including workflow analysis and training
