Job Summary
Driving Provider RCM solution growth, the full-time Senior Manager, RCM Business Development will manage client partnerships, develop strategic solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify and win new engagements, shaping proposals and value-based pricing
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in hospitals, translating complex problems into structured, data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with various departments to align engagement outcomes with broader account relationships and product development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH strongly preferred
- 8+ years in RCM-focused management consulting or provider-side revenue cycle strategy
- Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, including patient access, coding, billing, and payer contracting
- Proven ability to deliver executive-level presentations and distill complex analyses into clear narratives
- Technical fluency in SQL or equivalent for data manipulation and analysis
