Senior Manager, R&D Systems

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end IT projects, the full-time Senior Manager, R&D Systems will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and oversee system enhancements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the successful completion of IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the IT platform owner for Regulatory intelligence and publishing systems, collaborating with IT teams for maintenance and security
• Drive compliance with IT quality processes and manage vendor relationships to address system issues promptly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• 5+ years of experience as an IT platform owner with people leadership responsibilities
• 8+ years of project management experience in the life sciences domain
• Knowledge of GCP, EMA, FDA regulations, and experience with validated GxP environments
• Hands-on experience with global R&D and Regulatory applications, including electronic lab notebooks and regulatory solutions
