Senior Manager, Readiness and Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Readiness and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acceptance test scenarios and assess operational readiness
• Manage defect triage and testing activities using JIRA and Zephyr
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support deployment strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
• 5+ years of hotel systems experience or relevant experience with property management systems
• Experience working with international teams and supporting global operational processes
• Hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Experience in supporting technology deployments or large-scale change initiatives in hospitality
